Facebook: Changing your Username

Changing your username on facebook can be very difficult if you’re a beginner. You may want to change it because it doesn’t suit you or you might want a short username so friends can find you easily. Follow these simple steps to change your name.

1. Click Account on the top right corner and then click on Account Settings.
2. Now click on change besides the text username and different usernames will appear along with your original username.
3. Click on more and a box will appear with the following words inside “Enter desired username”.
4. Type your username that you want and click on the button “Check Availability” and choose confirm.
   
     Remember you can only change your username once on facebook so think before you change it!
