HTC Inspire 4G: Delete a Contact

In this article, I will be explaining to you how to delete a contact from your HTC Inspire. You may want to delete a contact because it could be a duplicate or for any other personal reasons. It’s really easy to do, please follow the steps carefully below.                                    
  • First of all, you will need to turn on the HTC Inspire 4G.
  • From the home screen, touch the People icon.
  • Select the contact that you would like to delete.
  • Now press the Menu button and tap Delete.
  • Touch OK to confirm that you would like to delete the contact.
  • You can now return to the home screen by pressing the Home button.

    i held down the contact name and there was no option to delete the contact so i opened the contact and clicked menu and there is still no option to delete it
