HTC ThunderBolt: Delete Widgets or Icons

If you would like to delete a widget or an icon on your HTC Thunderbolt then please continue to read this article. You may want to remove the widget/icon because you hardly ever use it and it’s taking up the home screen space. Please follow the steps below to delete any widgets or icons.
  • First of all, turn on the HTC ThunderBolt.
  • Press and hold the widget or the icon that you would like to delete.
  • The phone will now vibrate and there will be a red box around the widget or the icon, don’t lift your finger up yet.
  • Now drag the widget or the icon to the Remove button.
  • Now you may lift your finger when the icon or the widget turns red.
